Recipe Ingredients for Apple, Almond and Raisin Oatmeal Bars

1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup raisins
2 egg whites
80 g carrot
50 g apple
20 almonds
1/2 cup low fat milk
2 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Apple, Almond and Raisin Oatmeal Bars

  1. mix dry ingredients in one bowl

  2. mix wet ingredients in another bowl

  3. fold wet mix into dry mix, spread into bottom of 9x13 inch pan, and bake for 40 minutes at 350.

  4. cut into 12 bars.
