Recipe Ingredients for Appetizer of chick and jicama

16 oz Chicken Breast
2 Red bell pepper
1 medium onion, diced
2 cups Chicken
2 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Chopped Cilantro
2 oz Garlic
10 oz Jicama, diced
1 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Appetizer of chick and jicama

  1. Season chicken with salt and white pepper and grill. Cut into medium dice. Set aside.

  2. Sweat onions and bell peppers.

  3. Add Lime juice, cilantro, and garlic. Season with salt and white pepper.

  4. Add chicken stock and simmer.

  5. Add cubed chicken and jicama until heated through. Season and serve
