Appetite control skinny soup to eat 10 minutes before lunch or dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Appetite Control Skinny Soup

1 cup, sliced Onions
3 cup, chopped Carrots
3 cup, diced Celery
8 cup Light
3 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tsp California Style Minced Garlic made from Fresh Garlic
1/10 oz Bay Leaves

Recipe Directions for Appetite Control Skinny Soup

In a large pot saute the onion, carrots, and garlic in the olive oil for 6 minutes or until slightly softened. Add the celery and cook for one minute longer. Add the remaining incredients and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low for 10 minutes. Eat a 2 cup portion 10 minutes before lunch or dinner. You will eat less plus it is so delicious and good for you! Drink 2 cups of water along with this soup for maximum effect.
