6 oz Onions
12 oz Asparagus
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
4 oz Rice

Recipe Directions for aparagus basmati rice

saute veggies in butter add rice and two cups of water. Bring to boil then lower heat until water is almost absorbed. Turn off heat and place top on firmly for five minutes
