Recipe Ingredients for Aoife's spicy sweet noodles

5 g olive oil
25 g Ginger root
1 clove garlic
15 g red chilli chopped
150 g mange tout
150 g cooked noodles
100 g fresh raw tuna
30 g sweet chilli sauce
2 tsp cornflour
1 tbsp soy sauce
150 ml water

Recipe Directions for Aoife's spicy sweet noodles

  1. heat the oil in a wok at high heat

  2. add the ginger (grated), garlic and the chilli and stir fry for 1 minute

  3. chop the tuna into bite sized chunks and add to the wok

  4. add the mange tout and any other vegetable of your choice and stir fry for 3-4 minutes

  5. add the cornflour, sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce to the water and stir - set to one side

  6. add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss the ingredients together. Add the sweet chilli liquid, and continue to toss over the heat until the sauce thickens.

  7. Serve in a large bowl
