Recipe Ingredients for ANZAC Biscuits

125 grams Spread
2 cup dry Oats, Rolled, Regular Old Fashioned
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
45 grams Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Not Sweetened
1 serving Syrup

Recipe Directions for ANZAC Biscuits

  1. Mix together dry ingredients. Melt spread and golden syrup together.

  2. Add boiling water to baking soda and add this to melted mix. Then add to dry ingredients and mix well. Put spoonfuls onto greased baking tray and bake at 180 degrees C on Fan Bake for 10 minutes. Coo
