Anzac Biscuits Recipe

These are a lower sugar version which are comparatively healthy for a biscuit.

Recipe Ingredients for Anzac biscuits

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup raw sugar
1 cup coconut
2 cups rolled oats
100 g margarine
2 tbsp golden syrup
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp boiling water

Recipe Directions for Anzac biscuits

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Melt marg and golden syrup

  3. Mix baking soda in hot water

  4. Add all 3 and shape into 30 balls with wet hands

  5. Bake 15-20 minutes depending on how crunchy you like your bikkies :)
