Great for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner

Recipe Ingredients for Anytime Burger

3/4 lbs shrimp or fish or gran burger
1/2 cup red sweet pepper, grated/ med. chopped
1/2 cup green sweet pepper, grated/ med. chopped
1 medium onion
3 sprigs parsley, finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
4 spinach leaves
1 medium tomato, sliced

Recipe Directions for Anytime Burger

  1. Mince meat in food processor

  2. Mix meat with sweet pepper, onion, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl

  3. Shape into four (4) patties.

  4. Pan fry over medium heat until lightly browned on both sides. Patties can be baked as well.

  5. Serve on lightly toasted, wholewheat or high fibre bread of choice with spinach leaf and tomato to garnish
