Soup that I made with what was around the house.

Recipe Ingredients for Anything Soup

3 oz Boneless Skinless Breasts with Rib Meat Chicken
0.25 cup, cubes Sweetpotato
1 Serving Vegetable Stock
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tbsp Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 tbsp Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.15 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.15 cup, chopped Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 tsp Garlic
0.15 cup Okra
0.15 cup Barley, Pearled, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Anything Soup

  1. cook chicken

  2. let sweet potato simmer in stock until tender

  3. cook barley

  4. add all veggies and barley

  5. add chicken

  6. season to taste

  7. let simmer until veggies reach preferred tenderness
