28 slices whole wheat bread
4 cups refried beans
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
4 teaspoons table salt
1 cup salsa
4 ounces monterey jack cheese
3 cups milk
8 large eggs
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Anything goes casserole

  1. Put bread on bottom of 10 x 15 pan.

  2. Layer beans, salsa and cheese.

  3. Pour eggs over top

  4. Put layer of bread on top.
