1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce (nama shoyu)
1/8 cup sesame oil
4 tbsp orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 t ginger, raw, minced

Recipe Directions for Any Vegatable Marinade

Mix together and pour over veggies. Use any combination. Broccoli, tomatoes and button mushrooms or whole muchrooms and asparagus, etc.
