An omelet made with two Eggland's best eggs, sauteed baby spinach and American cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Any Meal Omelet

4 cups baby spinach
2 eggs, eggland's best
1 oz American cheese
2 tbsp Smart Balance spread

Recipe Directions for Any Meal Omelet

  1. Wash and dry the baby spinach.

  2. In a medium-sized skillet, melt one tablespoon of Smart Balance buttery spread.

  3. Add the baby spinach and sautee to preferred texture; set aside.

  4. In a small bowl, beat the eggs for approximately one minute, then set aside.

  5. In medium-sized skillet, melt one tablespoon of Smart Balance buttery spread on medium setting.

  6. pour beaten eggs into skillet; cook until the omelet is almost done.

  7. Place sauteed spinach in the center of omelet and top with cheese.

  8. Fold omelet; continue to cook to desired texture.

  9. Plate omelet and sprinkle with your choice of Mrs. Dash or McCormick's salt-free seasoning blends
