This is a fast and easy dessert. You can use any fruit you'd like -- cherries, blueberries, peaches, apples (cook first). You can also substitute soy milk (or any other kind of milk) for the skim milk. I got this from www.eatingforibs.com

Recipe Ingredients for Any Fruit Easy Cobbler

1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups sliced peaches

Recipe Directions for Any Fruit Easy Cobbler

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all of the ingredients but the fruit in a bowl.

  3. Pour the mixture into an 8x8 or 7x9 glass pan coated with cooking spray.

  4. Ass the fruit right on top. The crust will come up over the fruit and cover most of it.

  5. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 40 minutes.
