Chili... and lots of it. I put in a pound of lamb as the meat product, but really any meat (or lack thereof) will do. I've had good success with Boca.

Recipe Ingredients for Antimony Chili

16 oz ground lamb
1 cup brown rice
1 large onion
8 oz mushrooms
15 oz black beans
1 cup corn
16 oz light red kidney beans
28 oz baked beans
28 oz petite diced tomatoes
1 green pepper
4 tsp sugar
4 oz diced green chilies
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Antimony Chili

  1. Brown the meat product.

  2. Add remaining ingredients.

  3. Serve with sour cream and a sharp cheddar cheese.
