Pasta salad with pepperoni, onions, etc

Recipe Ingredients for Anti-pasta salad, low fat

16 oz rotelle pasta
24 oz light Italian Dressing
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1 green bell pepper
1 small red onion
3 ounces sliced turkey pepperoni
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup broccoli florets

Recipe Directions for Anti-pasta salad, low fat

  1. slice red onions; dice bell pepper & broccoli florets;

  2. slice pepperoni slices into fourths

  3. Place all of the above into a bowl with the olives and mozzarella.

  4. Boil the pasta according to package directions; drain and let cool.

  5. Add pasta to the bowl of prepared ingredients. Chill for an hour or so, then pour dressing over and stir to blend.

  6. Note: I use Newman's Own Lighten Up Italian Dressing.
