Recipe Ingredients for Anti-inflammatory Stew

15 oz beans, white kidney
2 chicken breast
1 tbs. coconut oil
1 onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
5 mushrooms, sliced
1/2 red pepper, chopped

Recipe Directions for Anti-inflammatory Stew

  1. Brown chicken in oil.

  2. Add vegetables, beans and heat through.

  3. Add salt and spices and put in the crock pot.
