Recipe Ingredients for Anti-Cancer Soup by Dr Ben Kim

2 cup, chopped Cabbage
1.75 cup (drained) Garbanzo Beans Chickpeas Drained and Rinsed
1.75 cup Yukon Gold Potatoes
1 small Onions
1 clove Garlic
2 serving, raw Cilantro
4 cup Fat Free Vegetable Broth

Recipe Directions for Anti-Cancer Soup by Dr Ben Kim

  1. Use 4 cups of water or vegetable broth to boil all ingredients except cilantro, salt, and pepper. Boil until vegetables are tender.

  2. Transfer 3 cups of soup into a blender and blend until creamy.

  3. Add blended mixture back to pot, adding cilantro, salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Stir for a minute and serve.
