Recipe Ingredients for Another tweek

4 cups warm water
1 1/2 tbsp yeast
3/8 cups splenda for baking
3 tbsp oil
1 1/2 tbsp salt
5 cups white flour
4 cups organic spelt flour
4 tbsp benefiber

Recipe Directions for Another tweek

  1. Mix water, yeast and sugar until sugar is disolved, let sit for 10 minutes, or until bubbly.

  2. Add remaining ingredients, mixing at first then using a spoon as it thickens.

  3. Turn out dough on countertop, knead and add flour until consistency is right.

  4. Place the dough in a large greased pan (Pam spray). Turn to coat top (or spray it)too. Cover with clean dish towel. Let ride until doubled, about 45 minutes - 1 1/2 hours.

  5. Knead and let rise in bowl again (respray bowl and dough), about 15-20 minutes. Grease and flour loaf pans (about 4).

  6. After kneading again, divide the dough and let rise in pans until doubled (about 15-20 minutes).

  7. Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes, or until done (bottom of loaves should be golden brown when removed from pan) do not underbake or the middle will be soggy.

  8. Butter the tops of the loaves while they're still hot.
