Recipe Ingredients for Another Tortilla Espanola

3 egg whites
3 eggs
2 large potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 red onion

Recipe Directions for Another Tortilla Espanola

  1. Put olive oil in skillet. Thinly slice potatoes and onion and sautee until soft.

  2. Beat together eggs and egg whites. Add cooked potato/onion mixture and let settle for 10 minutes.

  3. Use cooking spray on skillet. Pour egg mixture in and cook, flipping several times until golden and crispy on the outside.

  4. Slice and serve!
