Recipe Ingredients for Another Super-Healthy Chicken Soup Recipe

28 oz chicken broth
1 tsp olive oil
5 c water
2 c shredded chicken, breast meat
1 c onion, chopped
1/2 c celery, chopped
1 c carrot, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp marjoram
1/2 tbsp basil leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c orzo, uncooked
14 oz canned tomato, diced

Recipe Directions for Another Super-Healthy Chicken Soup Recipe

Saute' onion and garlic in dutch oven until tender, about 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients except orzo. Cook for twenty minutes at a simmer, until veggies are tender. Add orzo pasta and cook an additional 10-15 minutes until pasta done.
