3/4 cup egg beaters
3/4 cup No Calorie Splenda
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. 8th Continent Original Light Soymilk
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Another Low Calorie Crust-less Pumpkin Pie

  1. Beat together well. Pour into baking dish that has been sprayed with PAM. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
