Have a healthy treat of lemon & herbs mashed potato!

Recipe Ingredients for Annie's Mashed Potato

1 stalk celery
5 potatoes
1/4 cup parsley
1 celery stalk
8 Asparagus Spears
1 fruit lemon
1 tbsp virgin olive oil
1 boiled egg
1 tbsp chopped chives

Recipe Directions for Annie's Mashed Potato

  1. Boil potatoes till soft then remove skin.

  2. Steam asparagus.

  3. Chop celery in to bits.

  4. In a bowl mash potato and egg till texture fine. Add olive oil and lemon juice.

  5. Add asparagus, parsley, celery and chives.

  6. Mix all together then serve. Add salt or black pepper to taste.
