Delicous banana bread my lovely wife makes.

Recipe Ingredients for Annie's Banana Bread

3 banana, ripe and mashed
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

Recipe Directions for Annie's Banana Bread

  1. preheat oven to 350.

  2. In a large bowl mix butter and banana together w/ a wooden spoon.

  3. Mix in sugar, vanilla, and egg.

  4. Sprinle salt and baking soda powder over the mixture and mix in.

  5. Lastly, add the flour and incorporate.

  6. Pour mix evenly into 3 mini loaf pans, 3 1/4"x5 1/4".

  7. Bake for 32 to 38 minutes.

  8. Cool on a rack for 5 minutes.

  9. Remove from pan slice in approx 3/4" slices.
