Recipe Ingredients for Annie's Awesome Salad

1/4 cup walnuts
1/2 cup beets, pickled
3 cups romaine lettuce
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup black olives
1 ounce goat cheese
1/2 cup red onion
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Annie's Awesome Salad

  1. Chop walnuts, beets, and onion.

  2. Add all ingredients except the final four in a bowl.

  3. Using kitchen shears, chop the salad and mix the flavors.

  4. If you leave this to sit for an hour or so(in the refrigerator), you may not even need to make the salad dressing.
