Recipe Ingredients for Anne and Cindy's Burrito's

1 can beans, black
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup salsa
1 tbl cilantro
6 whole wheat tortillas
6 oz low fat cheese

Recipe Directions for Anne and Cindy's Burrito's

  1. Mix together beans, corn, salsa and cilantro.

  2. Lay burrito flat on a plate.

  3. Scoop one serving of bean mixture into the burrito center.

  4. Sprinkle with 1 oz shredded cheese.

  5. Microwave until cheese starts melting (30-45 sec). Wrap and enjoy.
