Recipe Ingredients for Anna's Super Health Oatmeal Cookies

1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup Canola Oil
1/2 cup of Splenda
1 cup of Brown Sugar Splenda
1 1/4 cup of Applesauce
2 Eggs
3 cups of Oatmeal
1 tsp. of Vanilla
1 cup of Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup of Flaxseed
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. of Cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Anna's Super Health Oatmeal Cookies

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. 2 Beat together margarine, oil, applesauce

  3. 3 Add sugars and beat well

  4. 4 Add eggs and vanilla and mix well

  5. 5 Combine flour, flaxseed, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon

  6. 6 Add flour mixture to liquid mixture

  7. 7 Stir in oats. Add raisins or chocolate chips (1 cup)

  8. 8 Drop onto cookie sheet and bake for 15 minues
