An easy muesli mix you can make at home. Golden oats, nuts and seeds with dried fruits. Can add any nuts or fruits you wish!

Recipe Ingredients for Annabel's Toasted Muesli

4 cups rolled oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup unsalted almonds
1/3 cup honey
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup sultanas
1/4 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Annabel's Toasted Muesli

  1. Mix rolled oats, seeds, and nuts in large bowl.

  2. Heat apple juice and honey until honey dissolves. Mix liquid in with rolled oats etc.

  3. Place in large roasting dish and bake for approx 1 hour in the oven, or until golden brown. It may take longer depending how spread out the muesli mixture is in the roasting dish.

  4. Crumble oat mixture with your fingers when its cooled a bit. Stir through dried fruits.

  5. Keeps in a air-tight container for approx 1 month
