Recipe Ingredients for Anna garbanzo and tomato

2 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
1 cup Quinoa
2 cup, cubes Yam
1 medium Yellow Tomatoes
5 serving Tomato Paste
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
6 tbsp Ultra-Pasteurized
3 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Anna garbanzo and tomato

saute onion, garlic, add tomato paste and water. Add cooked beans and yam. Add spinach right before serving. Add red pepper, basil, oregano, celery salt and ground yellow mustard. Serve over quinoa.
