2 cloves, raw Garlic
5 serving ( 3 oz )(85 g) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 medium Onions
4 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
32 oz Low Sodium V8 100% Vegetable Juice
1 wedge yields Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Ann Loiuse Fat Flush Soup

  1. Ground beef, drain and set aside.

  2. Saute onion, garlic, mushrroms and pepper in a little bit of Olive oil.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer covered for 20 minutes.

  4. Serve with parsley and cilantro.
