No sugar low fat Add 1/4 cup of splenda and 24 calories to whole pie or 4 calories a slice. I couldn't get the caloric content right.

Recipe Ingredients for Anita's Pie crust

1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 cup oat flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup diet sprite
1/2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Anita's Pie crust

  1. Preheat over 400 degrees

  2. spray 9" pie dish

  3. in a bowl mix oats, flour, splenda and salt

  4. use oil in a seperate bowl with 2 tbsp warm water beat until frothy

  5. add sprite to dry ingredients

  6. add frothed oil to mixture mix all

  7. press crust to pie dish

  8. Bake at 400 for 12 min
