Recipe Ingredients for Anita's Corn Bread

1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup corn meal
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup splenda
1 cup 2% milk
1 egg medium

Recipe Directions for Anita's Corn Bread

  1. Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl

  2. add milk

  3. add 1 egg beaten

  4. mix thoroughly and pour into 8" pan

  5. bake at 400 for 25 minutes

  6. cool five minutes and enjoy
