Recipe Ingredients for Anita's Chicken Salad

1 chicken breast
1 carrot
1 egg
2 tablespoons of sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1/4 head of lettuce
1 dash of salt
1 dash of pepper

Recipe Directions for Anita's Chicken Salad

Boil egg and chicken breast, let cool and cut up chicken breast into 1/2 inch pieces. Cut up or mash up egg with a fork and add to chicken breast. Shred carrot and add to chicken breast and egg. Add dash of salt and pepper. Next add sweet relish and mayonnaise. Cut or break lettuce into two salad bowls. Put chicken on top.
