Recipe Ingredients for Angus Fried Rice

2 cups instant white rice
2 large eggs
1/4 stick butter
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 tablespoon pepper
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Angus Fried Rice

  1. Boil 2 cups water with chicken bouillon cubes.

  2. Once cubes have completely dissolved and water is boiled, pour in 2 cups of rice. Put lid on rice, set aside.

  3. Put a large skillet on Medium heat and melt 1/4 stick of butter.

  4. Once butter is melted over the whole pan, crack the eggs into the skillet. Wait until the egg whites start to turn white, then make zig-zags through the eggs with a fork until they make little yellow balls.

  5. Pour garlic powder over the egg clumps.

  6. Pour rice into the skillet.

  7. Mix rice with the garlic powder egg balls.

  8. Add salt, pepper, and more garlic powder over the whole thing to taste.

  9. Add teriyaki and soy sauce (color should change from white to tan/light brown).

  10. Let sit on low heat for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
