Its tasty, its filling and its guilt free! you could add macaroni, potatoes or rice to it if you'd like. It will obviously fatten it up a bit though.

Recipe Ingredients for Angies Veggie Soup

3 cups cabbage (chopped)
16 oz stewed tomatoes (chopped)
10 baby carrots (sliced/diced)
2 stalks celery (chopped)
1 tomatoe (diced)
1 green pepper (chopped)
4 cups beef broth
3 tbls dried onions
1 tbls minced garlic
1 cup vegetable broth

Recipe Directions for Angies Veggie Soup

  1. Throw it all in a pot and boil it down until the veggies are soft.

  2. salt/pepper to taste.
