Recipe Ingredients for Angie's Macaroni Dish

3 1/2 cups macaroni
4 oz cheese, dried powder
6 tbsp milk, reduced fat, fluid, 1%
1/2 cup spinach, raw, chopped
8 oz tomato sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
16 oz beef, lean, ground
3 oz cheese, velveeta, 2%
14 1/2 oz canned tomatoes, diced, with green chiles

Recipe Directions for Angie's Macaroni Dish

  1. Cook (2 Mac and Cheese) according to package, adding cheese mix at the end

  2. Brown beef, add tomatoes and simmer

  3. Drain if excess liquid and then add spinach, tomato sauce and sugar

  4. Mix beef mixture and mac and cheese together

  5. Add velveeta slices (3) and mix in to melt
