Recipe Ingredients for Angie's honey wheat bread

2 1/2 cups 1% milk
2 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup honey
4 cups bread flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Angie's honey wheat bread

dissolve yeast in warm milk. Stir in honey and salt. Slowly add bread flour and whole wheat flour. Turn out onto board, knead and slowly add additional flour until an elastic consistency is achieved, about 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl and cover with clean, dry towel. Let rise for approx. 1 hour (until dough doubles in size) in a warm, moist place. Punch down dough and divide into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Cover and let rise for approx. 30 minutes. Bake at 375 for approximately 35 minutes.
