One serving size is about 1/4 cup and it makes about 2 cups worth of hummus. Also, try adding more garlic! Or more lemon juice! You can also substitute 1-2 cups of cooked chick peas if you have leftovers, instead of using the canned ones.

Recipe Ingredients for Angel's Perfect Hummus

15 oz chick peas, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup tahini
1 cloves raw garlic
1/8 cup lemon juice
3 tbl extra virgin olive oil

  1. Mince the garlic.

  2. Add everything to a food processor and blend until smooth.

  3. You made need to add a little bit of broth or water to get the consistency that you want.
