a HEALTHY twist on Devilled Eggs!

Recipe Ingredients for Angelic Devilled Eggs

12 serving Hard boiled Egg White (No Yolk)
8 tbsp Greek Style Hummus
2 cup Spinach
6 oz Nonfat

Recipe Directions for Angelic Devilled Eggs

  1. Boil a dozen eggs

  2. Peel the eggs, cut them in half lengthwise and throw out the caloric yolks that contain HIGH levels of cholesterol - ewwww!

  3. In a blender or food processor, mix the hummus, spinach (because it is a SUPER food!), and non-fat greek yogurt.

  4. Blend until it's whipped good

  5. Fill the indention in each egg half with ~1.5tbsp of the mixture

  6. *Note: If you want them to look more traditional, don't add the spinach...

  7. **Optional: sprinkle with a bit of paprika, or add an almond sliver. Also, these are popular with a small slice of Atlantic Smoked Salmon on top (but don't forget to add that to your calorie count!)

  8. This is a HIGH protein LOW fat devilled egg so you won't feel guilty at all about snacking on them :)

  9. 1 serving size is a half an egg + mixture on top.
