Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Oatmeal Bars

Recipe Ingredients for Angela's No-Bake Bars

1 lb butter
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
6 cup oatmeal
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Angela's No-Bake Bars

  1. Melt butter, vanilla and brown sugar in large pan. Add 6 cups of oatmeal(quick oats) and spread half the mixture into a 9x13 pan.

  2. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter and spread over oatmeal layer.

  3. Sprinkle remaining oatmeal on top and refrigerate.
