This muffin is great for a healthy on the go breakfast, or a healthy snack.

Recipe Ingredients for Angelas' healthy breakfat muffins

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup wheat bran
2 tablespoon wheat germ
3 tablespoon oatmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
1 large egg
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Angelas' healthy breakfat muffins

Add all dry ingredients together, beat egg and add to buttermilk. add this to the dry ingredients. bake in muffin cups at 350 o F for 25 to 30 minutes.
