Recipe Ingredients for Angel-Hair Squash noodles in sun-dried tomato marinara

4 zucchini
2 cup tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup basil leaves
1/4 cup virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon pitted date
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1 tablespoon sea salt
3 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Angel-Hair Squash noodles in sun-dried tomato marinara

Use spiralizer on zuccini. Blend fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, lemon juice, dates, oregano, rosemary and salt until smoth. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and blend until well mixed. Will keep for two days in the fridge.
