Angel hair with shrimp, feta, and tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Angel Hair with Shrimp, Feta, and Tomatoes

2 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 tsp oregano, dried
2 oz feta cheese, crumbled
8 oz angel hair pasta, cooked
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 tbsp dried parsley
29 oz stewed tomatoes, petite diced, drained, canned

Recipe Directions for Angel Hair with Shrimp, Feta, and Tomatoes

  1. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet

  2. Add garlic; cook about 2-3 minutes until softened

  3. Add wine, lemon juice, tomatoes, oregano, and shrimp

  4. Cover and simmer until shrimp are cooked, about 4-5 minutes

  5. Remove from heat; stir in feta

  6. Serve over cooked noodles

  7. Garnish with parsley
