Angel food cake made with 4 oz of Splenda

Recipe Ingredients for Angel Food Cake (Splenda)

8 oz egg whites
1/4 oz vanilla extract
4 oz Splenda
1/4 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1/4 oz salt
4 oz powdered sugar
3 oz cake flour

Recipe Directions for Angel Food Cake (Splenda)

  1. Whip together egg whites, vanilla, sugar, cream of tartar, and salt on high speed to full volume.

  2. Sift together powdeereed sugar and cake flour.

  3. Fold the sifted dry ingredients gently into the meringue.

  4. Scale into papered cake pans. DO NOT SPRAY PANS!

  5. Bake at 350 F until done.

  6. Turn cakes upside down to cool.
