Angel cake made partially with Splenda. Next time will cut sugar by at least half a cup, and cook at 320 for 30-35 minutes.

Recipe Ingredients for Angel Cake with Splenda

11 egg whites
1 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 1/2 cup splenda
1/4 tsp salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Angel Cake with Splenda

  1. Whip egg whites with cream of tartar, Splenda, vanilla, until firm soft peaks.

  2. Sift together flour, salt, and confectioner's sugar.

  3. Fold in flour about a quarter at a time. Can grease bundt tin,.

  4. Cook until nice and springy and golden.

  5. Cool upside down on neck of bottle (still in tin), then remove from tin.
