Recipe Ingredients for Andy's Stir Fry

3 breasts, chicken
20 oz pineapple, crushed
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 cups snow peas
8 oz water chestnuts
8 oz bamboo shoots
1 teaspoon chili paste

Recipe Directions for Andy's Stir Fry

  1. Brown the chicken in the oil

  2. Add the pineapple, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots.

  3. Bring up to temperature and add snow peas

  4. Add Soy Sauce and chili paste to taste.

  5. Also excellent with fresh ginger and garlic lightly sauteed before adding the chicken.
