1 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp almonds, ground
1 tbsp flax, ground
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp raisins

Recipe Directions for Andrea's Oatmeal

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bag and shake to mix.

  2. Scoop out desired amount into bowl.

  3. Add water to cover and stir

  4. Cook in microwave for about 2 min
