Recipe Ingredients for Andrea's cucumber salad

1 cucumber
1/3 cup yogurt, plain
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 onion
1 salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, dill, to taste

Recipe Directions for Andrea's cucumber salad

  1. Combine yogurt, lemon juice, maple syrup.

  2. Peel and thinly slice cucumber.

  3. Slice onion, thin.

  4. Mix all ingredients together.

  5. Add salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic and dillto taset.

  6. Regrigerate for 1/2 hour.
