Recipe Ingredients for Andouille Breakfast Scramble

1 oz Andouille Sausage
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup mushrooms, canned
1/8 cup Jalapeno Pepper, canned
2 egg, large
1 oz 2% cheddar cheese
1 tsp light margarine

Recipe Directions for Andouille Breakfast Scramble

Chop up sausage and place into a frying pan over medium hot heat for 2 minutes. Add the margarine, peppers, and mushrooms and saute for another minute. Add the garlic and cook until veggies are soft. Beat two eaggs and add to frying pan. mix in cheese and cook untill done.
