3 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
11 grams Yeast
1 tbsp(18 g) Salt, Table
3 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
28 1/4 grams Wheat Germ Natural Delight
1/4 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
1/2 cup Molasses, Blackstrap
6 serving Harina PAN

Recipe Directions for Anadama Corn Bread Dough

  3. Allow to rise for 2hrs

  4. Refrigerate (not airtight)

  5. For baking:
