Recipe Ingredients for Anabolic burger

12 oz 90% lean ground beef
1 large egg
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Anabolic burger

combine 1 lb raw ground beef, egg and olive oil into large bowl. Add spices to taste (parsley, salt, pepper, cinammon, etc). Press into 2 half pound patties and grill or pan fry.
